Here Hirosaki neputa floats are on display, and visitors can experience Tsugaru culture, such as by trying out festival taiko drums and Tsugaru shamisen musical performances. It also has tons of souvenirs, such as folk arts and crafts from Tsugaru.

Route1

  • Get off at the JR Hirosaki Station and take the Konan 100 Yen Tamenobu-go Bus to Ringo Koen and get off at the Tsugaruhan Neputa Mura stop (April-November)

Route2

  • 1 minute by foot from the Kamenokoumachi-kado stop on the Konan Bus Hamanomachi/Ishiwata Line (200 yen), after getting off at Hirosaki Station.
