This equilateral triangle-shaped building, the design based on the "A" of "Aomori," is the central facility for information about Aomori, and has 15 floors and a height of 76m. As well as a local produce shop, a panorama movie theater, and an observation deck, this building also has a wide range of eateries, including a restaurant offering panoramic views, and local cuisine.

• Restaurants and food services: 9:30-21:30 (Times may differ between shops/restaurants)
• Souvenir Shop: 9:30-18.30 (April to October), 9:30-18:00 (November to March)

Closed

Four days a year: 31 December, the Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of the fourth week of January each year.
However, the Energy Center is closed the fourth Monday of every month.

A 360-degree panoramic view from the 13th floor observation deck lets visitors see the Shimokita, Tsugaru, and Natsudomari peninsulas, Mutsu Bay, and the mountains of Hakkoda. Far-off Hokkaido can be seen on clear days.
