A historical brewery that has been making beer in Sendai since 1923. If you take the "KIRIN ICHIBAN Brewery Tour" you can enjoy an experience-based tour using all five senses, as you compare the flavors of first wort and second wort, sample the malt, smell the hops' aroma, and more.

Best season: All year

Point: Drivers (cars and bicycles), minors under 20 years of age, and pregnant or breastfeeding mothers cannot take part in the alcohol tasting, but juices and other non-alcoholic beverages will be available. For customers over 20 years of age, we have prepared non-alcoholic beverages and tasting beers. Please see the facility website for details regarding when the tours are conducted.
